Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Typically, it takes 5-10 days if the items are in stock. If not, the delivery time is 15-20 days, depending on the quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples? Are they free or chargeable?
A: Yes, we can provide samples at no cost, but the freight charges are not included.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: For payments up to 1000 USD, we require 100% in advance. For amounts over 1000 USD, we ask for 30% T/T in advance, with the remaining balance due before shipment.
